What is Reedroux?

Reedroux is a Discord bot that provides music playback, moderation tools, and general utility commands.

How do I add the bot to my server?

You need the Manage Server permission.


2. Music System

How do I play music?

Use:
/play <query or link>
The bot joins your current voice channel automatically.

Which platforms are supported?

Supported sources may include:

  • YouTube
  • Spotify (tracks and playlists)
  • SoundCloud
  • Other links (when compatible)

Availability depends on platform restrictions.

The music command doesn’t work. What can I check?

  • You must be in a voice channel.
  • The bot requires Connect and Speak permissions.
  • Invalid or unsupported link.
  • Temporary Discord or network issues.

Where can I find all commands?

How do I cancel Premium?

5. Troubleshooting

The bot is not responding.

Check:

  • Bot is online
  • Slash commands are enabled for the server
  • Bot has permission to read messages in the channel
  • No Discord outage or rate limit

The bot leaves the voice channel.

Possible reasons:

  • 24/7 mode requires Premium
  • No users remaining in the channel
  • Bot lacks permission to stay connected
  • Server timeout or network issue

“Missing Permissions” error

Verify the bot has:

  • Connect & Speak (voice)
  • Send Messages & Embed Links (text)
  • Manage permissions (for moderation commands)

“This interaction failed”

Usually caused by:

  • Slow Discord API response
